Applications:

The flap wheel, a simplified version of the flap disc, is used for grinding and polishing in industrial production. Made from mesh, nylon, plastic, or steel paper, its fan-shaped leaves are evenly distributed. With particle sizes ranging from 36# to 400# (commonly 60# and 80#), it fits angle grinders with outer diameters of 4" to 7". Suitable for welding and burr repairs, it offers high efficiency, good heat dissipation, and low noise. The flap wheel has strong cutting force, heat resistance, and a service life 3-4 times longer than similar products.
