Sponge sanding blocks are mainly constructed by combining sponge with abrasive materials. High-density sponge is the preferred base material, as it can withstand manual sanding without sustaining damage. The surface is coated with glue and abrasive particles, which equip the blocks with the ability to perform sanding work.
The high-density sponge offers remarkable flexibility and elasticity, making the sanding block soft throughout and easy to grip with hands.
