Key Features
Superior to 316L and 317L austenitic stainless steel in pitting and crevice corrosion resistance. Features lower thermal expansion coefficient and higher thermal conductivity. Yield strength is twice that of austenitic stainless steel, enabling weight reduction and cost savings. Optimal performance in -50°F to +600°F temperature range.
Applications
Chemical processing, desalination, material handling, oil and gas mining, pulp and paper, petrochemicals. Products include cargo tanks, couplings, heat exchangers, pipes, pipe fittings, pressure vessels, valve parts, and more.
